Our World is personal and not transferable. Holiday accommodation must be used by the purchasers of authorised products who are eligible to participate and who must travel with their partner and immediate family only.
Strictly only one Our World offer per household. Our World is valid for three visits only to a CLC World resort and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Our World entitles you to three free weeks of self-catering accommodation at CLC World resorts featured, subject to availability. Accommodation sleeps up to six people in Austria, or on the Aegean coast or Costa del Sol; and up to four people on Tenerife. Accommodation must be taken over a three-year period, which starts from the date we are notified of your entitlement, with one week available each year.
During your first stay you and your partner are required to attend an introduction to the wide range of freehold and fractional CLC World holiday opportunities around the world, during which you are under no obligation to purchase.
We will contact you via the communication channel you have consented to as soon as we receive confirmation of your Our World entitlement; and your first week must be taken within 12 months of this date. Failure to take your first week within this time period will result in the forfeit of all Our World accommodation.
No reservation fee is due, but you will be asked to pay at the time of booking a room guarantee deposit of £50, which is fully refunded to the payment card used upon confirmation of your travel details. Should you choose to travel during school holiday dates you will also be asked to pay supplements of £49 per person at the time of booking. The school holiday supplements are non-refundable unless you change your booking to a non-school holiday date. Supplements are not payable for children aged under 2 years at the time of booking. Date changes are subject to availability and an administration fee of £49.
Confirmation of your travel details must be received by the latest 90 days after the date your booking is made. However, if the check-in date is less than 90 days from the date of the booking being made, your travel details must be received by the latest 14 days from the booking date. Failure to send travel details within the timescale detailed will result in your booking being cancelled and the forfeit of your room guarantee deposit and school holiday supplements.
An Accommodation Request Form for the booking of weeks 2 and 3, together with details of when they can be requested can be found at www.clcourworld.com. The form is operated in accordance with its specific procedures and together with the terms and conditions contained in this brochure cannot be varied by any verbal representation.
Holidays include fully furnished accommodation and use of all CLC World facilities at the booked resort only. Holidays do not include travel costs, insurance, car hire or any other expenses incurred in connection with the holiday. Guests are advised to take out a Travel Insurance policy. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport and to arrange visa documentation by the time of travel if applicable.
Please note that while we have units suitable for disabled persons the general layout and terrain of some resorts make them practically unsuitable for guests with certain disabilities; please contact us to discuss individual circumstances.
Resort information is provided by the resorts themselves and is updated regularly based on notifications from the resorts and because of this CLC World cannot be responsible for accuracy of information. CLC World cannot guarantee that all resorts featured will be available for the duration of this offer. All information in this publication should be checked at the time of making a reservation.
Please note that resorts in Turkey are not available for booking between November and April due to seasonal closures.
A refundable security deposit may be requested upon arrival. This can be paid in cash or credit card.
